1. Nature of the Service
Daily News Rap™ provides short, music-based summaries and creative interpretations inspired by current events in multiple musical genres.
The service is intended for entertainment and general informational purposes only.
2. Eligibility
Daily News Rap™ is intended for users age 13 and older. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you should use the app only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
3. AI-Assisted Content
Daily News Rap™ may use artificial-intelligence tools to assist with lyrics, summaries, audio, artwork, and video production.
AI-assisted content may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, unexpected wording, or creative interpretations. Content may be reviewed or edited before publication, but accuracy, completeness, and timeliness are not guaranteed.
4. News and Information Limitations
Daily News Rap™ is a creative music-based news-summary and entertainment service. It is not a substitute for complete, independently verified reporting from original news organizations or official sources.
Episodes may simplify, paraphrase, compress, rearrange, or omit information to fit a musical format. Breaking stories may change after an episode or clip is produced.
References to news organizations, public figures, companies, government agencies, products, or other subjects do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, approval, or endorsement.
5. No Professional Advice
Nothing in the app constitutes legal, financial, medical, safety, political, or other professional advice.
Do not rely on the app as the sole basis for important decisions. Consult qualified professionals, original reporting, and official sources as appropriate.
6. Ownership
Except where otherwise identified, content made available through Daily News Rap™, including episodes, recordings, lyrics, artwork, videos, branding, interface elements, and related materials, is owned by, licensed to, or produced for Mixink LLC.
Third-party names, logos, trademarks, and other protected materials remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Limited Personal License
Mixink LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the app and its content for personal, lawful, noncommercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
8. Downloading and Sharing Clips
You may download and share video clips through the features provided in the app for personal, lawful, noncommercial use.
Unless Mixink LLC gives written permission, you may not:
- Sell, license, sublicense, or commercially distribute episodes, clips, lyrics, audio, artwork, or other app content
- Remove, obscure, or alter Daily News Rap™ branding, copyright notices, or attribution included in a clip
- Present content in a misleading way or falsely claim that you created, own, endorse, or are officially affiliated with it
- Use content to impersonate another person or organization or to imply an endorsement that does not exist
- Re-upload or distribute complete episodes or substantial portions of the app’s content outside the sharing features provided
- Use the content in unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, harassing, or rights-infringing material
9. Saved Content
The app may allow you to save episode selections or preferences on your device. Saved status does not transfer ownership of the content or create a permanent right to access it.
Content may be changed, removed, or become unavailable without notice.
10. Acceptable Use and Protection of the Service
You agree not to:
- Interfere with, disrupt, damage, disable, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, its servers, databases, storage, APIs, networks, or related systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, probe, test, or attempt to discover the source code, underlying structure, algorithms, security methods, or nonpublic technical components of the app, except only to the limited extent that applicable law expressly prohibits this restriction
- Copy, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, sell, license, or create unauthorized derivative works from the app, its episodes, lyrics, audio, videos, artwork, graphics, interface designs, layouts, or other protected content
- Scrape, harvest, extract, download in bulk, index, archive, or use automated tools to collect app content, metadata, or technical information without written permission
- Use Daily News Rap™, Mixink LLC, or any related name, logo, design, artwork, trade dress, domain name, social-media identity, or branding in a way that may cause confusion or falsely suggest affiliation, sponsorship, approval, or endorsement
- Create, promote, or distribute a copycat app, website, service, product, account, or other offering that imitates or misappropriates the distinctive branding, appearance, content, or presentation of Daily News Rap™
- Remove, obscure, alter, or bypass copyright notices, trademark notices, branding, attribution, access controls, download limits, or other rights-management or security features
- Use the app, its content, or its systems to develop, train, operate, or improve a competing commercial product or service without written permission from Mixink LLC
- Use automated systems in a manner that places an unreasonable burden on the service or interferes with another person’s use of the app
- Use the app or its content for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise harmful purposes
11. Technology and External Services
The app relies on technology providers and device services for functions such as app distribution, hosting, storage, notifications, downloads, email support, and sharing. The app may also link to the Daily News Rap™ website or provider privacy information.
Mixink LLC does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, terms, or privacy practices of services operated by others.
12. Service Availability and Changes
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, episodes, clips, links, or other parts of the service at any time.
We do not guarantee that the app or any particular content will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Mixink LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, availability, or suitability of any episode, lyric, summary, download, or other content.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mixink LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the app or its content.
Mixink LLC is not responsible for decisions, actions, losses, or disputes based on content in the app, user sharing activity, third-party services, or unavailable or inaccurate information.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
15. Misuse and Service Protection
We may take reasonable steps to protect the app, its content, and its systems from misuse, security threats, unlawful activity, or violations of these Terms. These steps may include limiting certain features, blocking abusive technical activity, removing content, or discontinuing services.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted within the app and may also be posted on our website. Continued use of the app after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
